Here, at the pole, there is no way to tell time

When standing on the geographical poles, there is no way to tell time.

The work comprises twelve arcs made of oak and brass that relate to the time zones of the planet. They are illuminated by a parabola of light bulbs coordinated by a computer to turn on and off sequentially to simulate the sun's movement across the sky.

The video shows how the light moves across the artwork projecting shadows on the floor and walls that show the passing of time.
